WHAT A WEEK! First, we get our long-awaited threaded comments in Blogger, then, THESE BABIES ARRIVE! I squealed like a thirteen year old girl at a Bieber concert when I opened my letterbox and found these within. I can't even explain. Across The Universe was one of my top 3 books of 2011, and I've been so excited for A Million Suns! Not to mention Mara Dyer. I read this immediately and Oh. My. Word. SO! without further ado:

UM. Yes. What an AMAZING week. Threaded comments and YUMMY BOOKS!!! I am crazy envious you have A Million Suns. But my TBR is crazy, so I might wait until the AU release to get my hands on it. Soooo excited to see what you think!
ReplyDeleteAnd MARA! And FATED! And EVERNEATH! I kinda love the title of that. Geez. Amazing cover, compelling plot, cool title AND she has the most awesome first name on the planet?
Also: You take really good photos. Just the placement of everything.... I like!

Glad I'm not the only one squealing when I saw Mara! I swear, my brother looked at me like I'd lost my mind when I squealed and shoved the book in his face *shakes head*

DeleteGreat lot of books. I just finished Everneath, when I got it I couldn't wait and it was truly awesome. I am looking forward to The Unbecoming Of Mara Dyer too, such mixed reviews on it, so looking forward to see how I feel about it.

Honestly, at first, I was like 'huh? What's the big deal', but it gets darker and twistier and more enthralling and entrancing and confusing and ridiculously good with every page. I don't remember the last time a book messed with my head so much. I SO hope you love it! xx

DeleteAMS! OMG OMG OMG! I'm reading it now (well, not *right* now. I'm typing), and it's SO. GOOD. I don't know how Beth keeps coming up with more twists and secret revelations and 'WTF??!!' moments. INCREDIBLE. If you loved AtU you'll LURVE it.
Also? Sarah Alderson? This woman is a goddess. Fated is a fantastic book. You'll love it :)

Yesssss, I am. I <3 photography, but I'm not convinced I'm very good. I have friends who take INCREDIBLE photos, and really know how to use their cameras. I can barely take my DSLR off auto. I have a really decent camera, and it helps A LOT. Thank you! *blushes* If you're into photography you should check out Manda's Movements. She's been posting the most incredible photos. Book reviews + photos = epic love.
