In My Mailbox (13): My Mailbox Gets Big With a Little Help From My Friends


In My Mailbox: What is it?
In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by The Story Siren.It's an opportunity to share the books we've bought or received in the last week!



Everything in the left pile was gifted, won, or sent for review (except for Before I Fall and the FIRST copy of Delirium). The right pile, I bought... but I DID get birthday money. I only spent real monies on three of them!
Ummmm... err... so... it's not as bad as it looks. Promise. Umm... kind of? This is three weeks of mailboxes... that's not so bad, right? So what if if all but one of them arrived in the space of two weeks? I owe massive thanks to lots of AMAZING friends for so many amazing books this week. Love you guys!

    Wait. Have you read any of Lauren Oliver's books yet? Delirium? No? AHHH I LOVES! Her writing is beautiful <3

    I cannot wait to devour Of Poseidon! I haven't read one single negative review on it, sooo it better be good :D Oh gosh, PENGUIN US ARE BLOODY AMAZING<3 Seriously, all those yummy 2012 releases! I'M SO JEALOUS.

    AND THE IRON FEY. HAVE YOU READ IT YET?!?!?! IT'S AMAZING. YES. AMAZING, I SAY. (Just..don't fall for Ash, alright? 'cuz he's MINE)

  6. HOLY SWEET GOODNESS. Sarah, your mailbox is literally sky-high AMAZING! I have no idea how you're going to manage to put a dent into it or decide which one to read first (Eenie meenie, anyone? LOL!), but I don't have to be a super fortune teller to know that you're going to have a ton of sleepless nights ahead of you! x) The Iron Fey and Forgotten and Black City and A Monster Calls (yaaaaaaaaaaaaay, LOVE THAT BOOK!)... I just have no words for it all! It's like a book heaven for all book-lovers out there! :D

  7. Sweet Baby Cheeses. That's a lot of books. But I guess since it's three weeks worth it ain't so bad. Um, where can I get friends like yours because they are the BEST. You are not going to have to buy books for a little while.

  8. OH god. I'm so turned on by the amount of book porn..jesus christ. *fans self furiously* UNF. THOSE BOOKS. GOOD GOD. I WANT THEM NOW. ARGH. OMG. FIRE! GRACELING! So jealous. I have heard nothing but FLAWLESS things about them and I desperately want to get my hands on them. arghghufhsa.

    Ahhhh THE IRON FEY SERIES. FALLEN IN LOVE. PERFECT CHEMISTRY! I need to read those books. I've got Perfect Chemistry and Rules of Attraction but I haven't got hold of Chain Reaction yet. :P EEEEEEEEEEEEK Morganville Vampire books! I need to get hold of more of them...I only have the 4th, 5th and 6th haha. THE NIGHT CIRCUS. OH LORD. I HEARD THAT THAT ONE IS FLAWLESS. AND AMAZING. So jealous. And it looks so pretty too. EEEEEEEEEEEEK.

    Again. I am SO JEALOUS by this book porn. I could stare at that picture for ages...*pets computer screen* MMMMMMM.

    1. I never had a copy of Graceling, but I DID have one of Fire. I wanted matching copies of all ofthem, so I gave Fire away, and bought a copy :D

    Now I REALLY hope you're going to enjoy everything. I can't wait for you to read The Iron King and The Iron Daughter by Julie Kagawa (I haven't read TID but I hope to get it soon!), and John Green, though I haven't read him yet, is supposed to be fantastic, right?   24. Wow! I'm jealous! Though I have to admit, when I came back from spending the weekend out of town with family, I had six books waiting for me at my apartment, and all but one were unexpected! It was a nice surprise to come home to. :)

  29. My dear!! so many awesome books! Im so happy you also got the lovely package from Penguin!!! wooohooo! cant wait to get to Cold Fury oh yeah!!

    btw, to answer your qustion about Spell Bound...well.. no Im not happy! LOL! because I want more!! I cant believe only three books and its done T__T.... I really love the series sniff and Im sad it's done =(. However, even though the third books was great, I still have the feeling that there could be so much more. So no. Im not satisfied. =( sniff!! (but in a good way)

    My dear, sorry so much cuz I havent been around. My last exam is next Wednesday >_<. But this Thusrdays I'll be back to blogging in a 75%, after next Wed, it will be 100% woohooo!! Sigh... it's been so busy and hard T_T... sniff!!!
